the location its central. i liked how close i was to everything. it did made getting around easy. the metro was very close too.
the air conditioning did not produced enough cold air. i had to set the thermostat very low.

Fernando and the team were super helpful. Nothing seemed a problem. its location was great. it meant i walked to many key spots. i could easily reach tasty restaurants nearby.
Breakfast lacked a wider range of choices. I think more variety would really complete the experience.

amazing stay near everything

i really enjoyed the breakfast, it had fresh cake and croissants with many selections. staff members were helpful and friendly. my room included a personal note upon arrival and some chocolates on valentine's day. serving cake in the afternoon was a nice touch after a busy day.
the safe was positioned sideways making it difficult to operate it.

this hotel is conveniently situated near the metro. it is also within easy reach of trams and buses. lots of local cafes and restaurants are nearby so guests are spoilt for choice.

the hotel offers a 24 hr lounge area. this lounge provides free cake and biscuits after 2 pm. it also has an all day supply of coffee and water so i could hydrate and take a small snack.

the room was comfy and had everything i needed. the decor is great. soundproofing was excellent, i didn't hear a thing from the pedestrianized street below.

the staff were friendly. the rooms were clean and the photos matched the online display. the breakfast was simple, but it was nice that it was included.
the air conditioning did not produce sufficient cold air. i kept it running all day with the thermostat at 16c, but i still could not sleep because the room temperature was above 25c. i could not open the window because the street below was too noisy.
